Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in managing end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects using the SAP ACTIVATE methodology. The ideal candidate should have extensive project management experience excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple SAP projects across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation migration rollout and enhancement projects.
• Manage project planning execution monitoring and successful delivery within scope budget and timelines.
• Apply SAP ACTIVATE methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders technical teams vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Identify project risks develop mitigation plans and ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Manage project governance resource planning and project documentation.
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of overall IT experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong experience in SAP Project Execution.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ACTIVATE methodology.
• Experience managing multiple SAP projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery governance.

Preferred Skills

• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is preferred.
• Exposure to large enterprise digital transformation projects.
