Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects production planning processes manufacturing execution and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business requirements related to Production Planning.
• Configure and customize SAP PP module based on business requirements.
• Work on end-to-end SAP implementation rollout upgrade and support projects.
• Configure and support:
  • Material Master
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Work Centers
  • Routing
  • Production Versions
  • Production Orders
  • Planned Orders
  • MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
  • Capacity Planning
• Perform system testing UAT support and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
• Coordinate with ABAP Basis MM QM PM SD and FICO teams for integration.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot production planning issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support change requests and enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

• 5 years of SAP PP Functional experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Master Data
  • BOM
  • Routing
  • Work Centers
  • Production Orders
  • Planned Orders
  • MRP
  • Capacity Planning
  • Shop Floor Control
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning.
• Experience in writing Functional Specifications (FS).
• Knowledge of integration with MM QM PM SD and FICO.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP PP Certification.
• Experience with SAP PP-PI (Process Industries).
• Knowledge of Embedded PP/DS.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices.
