CTC: 8–9.5 LPA
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Mortgage business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel ensuring consistent sourcing partner relationship management and high-quality portfolio onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Source Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP business through DSA networks.
Onboard manage and strengthen relationships with DSAs connectors and channel partners.
Ensure proper documentation file login and coordination with credit & operations teams.
Track daily sourcing activities and drive achievement of monthly business targets.
Monitor DSA performance and ensure compliance with policy norms.
Maintain strong market intelligence regarding competition rates and sourcing channels.
Drive customer satisfaction and smooth processing till disbursement.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sourcing (DSA channel preferred).
Strong DSA network and understanding of the local market.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to achieve monthly targets with consistent performance.
