Sales Manager E-commerce & Quick Commerce

Responsibilities- Drive revenue profitability and market share growth across E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels.
- Develop and execute channel-wise business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities platform expansions and strategic partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end E-commerce/Q-commerce operations including campaigns launches and category growth initiatives.
- Optimize product assortment pricing promotions and platform visibility to maximize online sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and improve customer acquisition engagement and retention.
- Enhance customer experience through effective merchandising content optimization and consumer insights analysis.
- Analyze sales ROI traffic conversion and operational metrics to drive data-based business decisions.
- Prepare MIS reports forecasts dashboards and track KPIs to improve business efficiency.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment efficiency.
- Minimize stock-outs resolve operational challenges and ensure compliance with platform standards and processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners vendors and internal cross-functional teams for smooth business execution.
- Graduate Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) in Sales Marketing or Business Management.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong understanding of E-Comm & Q-Comm business operations models.
- Excellent analytical negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in sales analytics reporting tools and digital commerce platforms.
- Strong business acumen with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to drive teams and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and SFA software tools.
- Demonstrated discipline and punctuality.
