Sales Manager E-commerce & Quick Commerce

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue profitability and market share growth across E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels.
  • Develop and execute channel-wise business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities platform expansions and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end E-commerce/Q-commerce operations including campaigns launches and category growth initiatives.
  • Optimize product assortment pricing promotions and platform visibility to maximize online sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and improve customer acquisition engagement and retention.
  • Enhance customer experience through effective merchandising content optimization and consumer insights analysis.
  • Analyze sales ROI traffic conversion and operational metrics to drive data-based business decisions.
  • Prepare MIS reports forecasts dashboards and track KPIs to improve business efficiency.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment efficiency.
  • Minimize stock-outs resolve operational challenges and ensure compliance with platform standards and processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners vendors and internal cross-functional teams for smooth business execution.
Qualifications
  • Graduate Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) in Sales Marketing or Business Management.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG sales.
  • Strong understanding of E-Comm & Q-Comm business operations models.
  • Excellent analytical negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics reporting tools and digital commerce platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with a result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to drive teams and deliver results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and SFA software tools.
  • Demonstrated discipline and punctuality.
