Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern HR Solutions

Location: Whitefield Bengaluru (Full-Time)
Duration: 3 Months Internship

Are you passionate about Sales Business Development and Client Engagement

nHRMS is looking for energetic and communication-driven individuals to join our Growth Team as SDR Interns. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales lead generation client conversations and HRTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Execute outbound campaigns through calls emails WhatsApp and LinkedIn
Engage with HR Heads Founders and Business Owners
Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline
Conduct introductory discussions and identify client needs
Maintain CRM records and sales activities
Research target companies and identify business opportunities
Support client engagement and relationship-building initiatives

Eligibility

Graduates fromor 2026 batches
preferred
BBA BA BBM HR Psychology or related disciplines are welcome to apply
Prior internship or experience in Sales Business Development Lead Generation Client Servicing or Customer-Facing roles is an advantage

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills (English Regional Language)
Confidence in speaking with professionals and business leaders
Strong listening and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools
