Job Summary

Oversee daily production and assembly line operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
Manage procurement processes supplier relationships and vendor performance to support supply chain continuity
Lead store operations including inventory management staffing and customer service standards
Implement and maintain ERP system workflows to enhance data accuracy and operational visibility
Analyze operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business goals

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in Operations Management managing productions assembly line purchase vendor management store operations and ERP.

Proven track record in managing production assembly lines and supply chain functions
Strong experience in vendor management procurement and inventory control
Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
