Area Sales Manager responsible for driving Mortgage (LAP/Home Loan) business in Bareilly through Open Market sourcing and DSA/Channel Partner network. The role involves team handling target achievement portfolio quality management and revenue growth.

• Drive Mortgage business (LAP / Home Loan) through Open Market and DSA channels

• Develop and manage DSA/Connector/Builder network

• Achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers

• Monitor sales funnel from Login to Disbursement

• Coordinate with Credit Operations and Risk teams

• Ensure portfolio quality and control delinquency

• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• 4–8 years of experience in Mortgage / LAP / Home Loan sales

• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience

• Experience in NBFC / Bank Mortgage vertical

• Proven track record of target achievement
