Collaborate closely with developers and founders to ensure seamless design-to-development handoffs.
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
Translate ambiguous requirements into clear actionable design solutions in fast-moving environments.
Leverage AI tools such as Claude ChatGPT or Cursor to enhance productivity and ideation.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform iterative design improvements.

Requirements

Has strong UX and product thinking

Is excellent with Figma wireframes and design systems

Enjoys working closely with developers and founders

Is comfortable with ambiguous requirements and fast-paced startup environments

Uses AI tools like Claude ChatGPT or Cursor in their daily workflow

Startup experience is strongly preferred.
