Job Summary
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email live chat and social media platforms.
- Manage order tracking status updates and delivery escalations with accuracy and urgency.
- Process returns exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Provide product recommendations and styling advice based on customer preferences and current fashion trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics merchandising marketing) to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system ensuring all customer interactions are documented and actionable.
- Identify recurring customer pain points and contribute insights to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on new product launches promotions and brand initiatives to provide informed and engaging support.
Requirements
- 23 years of proven experience in customer service preferably within the fashion retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools Microsoft Office Suite and multi-channel support platforms (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk or similar).
- Ability to multitask prioritize and maintain composure under pressure during peak periods.
- Basic understanding of fashion trends apparel categories and online shopping behaviors.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Self-motivated solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem resolution.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as required by business demand.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
