Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities Relationship Manager (Royal CASA Sales)
- Acquire new High Net Worth (HNI) and affluent customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Royal/Privilege banking customers to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Drive CASA acquisition liability growth and portfolio expansion through customer sourcing and referrals.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits Insurance Mutual Funds Credit Cards Loans and Investment Products.
- Provide personalized financial solutions based on customer requirements and financial goals.
- Manage customer portfolios and increase wallet share by deepening existing relationships.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Coordinate with branch operations and service teams for smooth customer onboarding and servicing.
- Maintain KYC AML and regulatory compliance while opening and managing customer accounts.
- Conduct market mapping customer profiling and lead-generation activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily sales reports maintain CRM records and track portfolio performance.
