Job Summary
Housekeeping Operations Manage the overall housekeeping department including guest rooms villas public areas and back-of-house facilities. Ensure rooms and public spaces consistently meet luxury hospitality standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness maintenance and aesthetic presentation. Coordinate with the Front Office and Engineering departments to ensure seamless guest service. Team Management Recruit train supervise and evaluate housekeeping staff. Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters. Conduct regular training on SOPs hygiene standards and guest service. Monitor staff grooming productivity and performance. Inventory & Cost Control Manage housekeeping inventory linen uniforms guest supplies and cleaning equipment. Monitor departmental expenses and ensure cost-effective resource utilization. Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping supplies and equipment. Guest Satisfaction Ensure timely room readiness and guest requests are handled efficiently. Address guest concerns related to housekeeping with professionalism and promptness. Maintain high guest satisfaction scores through consistent service excellence. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to hygiene safety and environmental standards. Implement and monitor housekeeping SOPs and quality assurance measures. Coordinate deep cleaning schedules and preventive maintenance activities.t.
Requirements
Minimum 58 years of housekeeping experience in 5-star hotels or luxury resorts. Prior experience in luxury resort operations will be highly preferred. Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and MS Office.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
