Job Summary
The Relationship Manager (Royal) in Retail Branch Banking is responsible for acquiring and managing affluent/premium customers while driving CASA growth and cross-selling banking products. The role focuses on relationship management revenue generation and achieving branch sales targets.
Key Responsibilities CASA Acquisition & Growth- Acquire new CASA customers (Current Account & Savings Account)
- Increase branch CASA book through customer sourcing and referrals
- Deepen relationships with existing customers to improve balances
- Drive activation and retention of accounts
- Manage portfolio of Royal/Preferred customers
- Provide personalized banking solutions and priority servicing
- Maintain long-term customer relationships for higher wallet share
- Act as a single point of contact for premium customers
