Position: Sr. Manager /DGM - New Product Quality & Customer Experience
Location: Cochin
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: Min 8 Years of Relevant Experience in Building Materials / Plywood and Veneers
Salary: 12 LPA (Slightly Negotiable)
Reporting to: Managing Director & Team Size: 3–4
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Product Design: Lead new product development initiatives from concept to commercialization.
2. New Product Introduction (NPI) & Product Lifecycle Management
3. Quality Assurance & Quality Control: Establish and maintain company-wide quality standards.
4. Customer Complaint Handling: Collect customer insights and convert them into product and process improvements.
5. Build long-term relationships with key customers architects consultants and builders.
