Profile:Operations Manager

Experience:

• 2-4years of experience in operations coordination executive assistance or production coordination.
• Experience in the textile garment stitching or home textile industry is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in production coordination order tracking labor management and cross-functional coordination.

Roles:

• Act as the primary point of contact for branch-level operations and internal coordination.
• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the management.
• Coordinate with different branches departments and teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversee the daily operations of the stitching unit and monitor production activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and labor teams to ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Track order status handwork progress and production schedules and follow up to avoid delays.
• Ensure seamless coordination between production stitching dispatch and management teams.
• Maintain workers attendance and operational records.
• Prepare and share regular operational updates and reports with the management.
• Resolve day-to-day operational and coordination issues to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Ensure discipline effective communication and timely execution of operational activities.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and coordination tools
• Good communication skills (English Hindi Gujarati preferred)
