Job Summary
The Relationship Manager CASA is responsible for acquiring new customers increasing CASA deposits managing customer relationships and driving cross-sales of banking products. The role focuses on business development portfolio management and delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire new CASA customers through referrals field visits and market sourcing.
- Generate and manage Current Account and Savings Account business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Cross-sell banking products such as FD Insurance Credit Cards Loans and Investment products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for CASA and cross-sales.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and account activation.
- Provide prompt resolution to customer queries and service requests.
- Maintain portfolio hygiene and ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to identify business opportunities and deepen relationships.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2 4 years of experience in CASA Sales Retail Banking or Relationship Management.
- Strong communication sales and customer relationship skills.
