Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead multiple
digitalization projects across global teams. This role requires strong project execution
capabilities combined with a solid technical background to effectively manage end-to-end
delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders cross-functional teams
and leadership to ensure successful execution of projects within agreed scope budget
timeline and quality standards.

delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders cross-functional teams
and leadership to ensure successful execution of projects within agreed scope budget
timeline and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead multiple concurrent projects ensuring end-to-end delivery from initiation to
- Manage scope timeline budget risks and quality across all assigned projects
- Drive structured planning execution tracking and reporting of project progress
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across regions and functions
- Understand business needs and translate them into actionable project deliverables
- Provide clear and regular communication including status updates risks and
- Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders and leadership
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development QA and business
- Facilitate collaboration and remove roadblocks impacting delivery
- Support teams in adopting agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Enable high-performing teams focused on delivery excellence
- Establish project governance frameworks including milestones KPIs and reporting
- Proactively identify and manage risks dependencies and issues
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards processes and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management fundamentals (scope schedule cost quality risk)
- Experience with Agile Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Hands-on experience or solid understanding of C# .NET ecosystem
- Experience with SharePoint and enterprise collaboration platforms
- Understanding of web technologies and enterprise applications
- Certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or Agile (Scrum Master / SAFe)
- Experience working in digitalization or product-driven environments
- Exposure to global delivery models and distributed teams
- Background in Mining Construction or Industrial domains
