We are looking for a highly motivated experienced Product Owner and People Manager in India to play a key role in the agile development of Software Monetization solutions.
You will manage a team of Product Owners responsible for driving feature development product enhancements and roadmap execution ensuring the voice of the customer and the business is fully represented within the agile process. The team works closely with architects product managers marketing and engineering to ensure business quality and functional objectives are met with every release.
The Product Owner team ensures that product updates align with expectations meet delivery commitments and provide clear visibility into progress impact and risks. As the team manager you are accountable for the teams professional development motivation and consistent application of agile and product best practices.
You will work closely with Strategic Product Managers to understand the defined roadmap and partner with Engineering teams to successfully deliver product increments modelling operational excellence.
Job Description
Working across the Software Monetization product lines help deliver value through FlexNet Operations FlexNet Licensing and compliance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Product Owner team through regular onetoone and team meetings building confidence ownership and delivery maturity
- Apply and promote agile principles and effective product ownership practices within Product Management and across Revenera
- Track individual and team progress against goals supporting both delivery outcomes and professional growth
- Own the quality of epics user stories and acceptance criteria while actively coaching Product Owners on backlog management and stakeholder collaboration
- Guide roadmap elaboration to achieve clarity of scope effort and value enabling informed prioritisation and tradeoff decisions
- Identify and remove delivery impediments escalating effectively when required
- Support Product Management with customer insight research and structured feedback from internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a trusted product representative to engineering leadership and support teams
- Participate in customer interactions particularly for validating new functionality and understanding enhancement or defect trends
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical product experience
- Strong experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner with early peoplemanagement or mentoring responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence structure and clarity even when formal authority is still developing
- Experience delivering complex SaaS or enterprise software products
- Working knowledge of multiplatform onpremises software development including embedded or SDKbased systems
- Solid understanding of B2B software operating in airgapped hybrid and online environments
- Practical experience with agile software development methodologies
- Strong organisational prioritisation and decisionmaking skills
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills for working with global stakeholders
- Willingness to collaborate across time zones including occasional evening meetings
- A growth mindset with the ambition to progress toward broader peopleleadership responsibility
