We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transition Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end transition of Oracle application services (EBS Fusion Integration and PaaS solutions) into an AMS support model.
The role is responsible for ensuring a smooth structured and risk-controlled transition within the defined timeline while maintaining service continuity and quality.
Key Responsibilities :::
Lead and manage the end-to-end transition phase (planning execution stabilization)
Define and maintain transition plan timeline and governance framework (aligned with 2-month transition schedule)
Coordinate knowledge transfer (KT) shadowing and reverse shadowing activities
Ensure completeness of documentation (process flows KT materials SOPs runbooks)
Manage transition risks issues and dependencies with proper mitigation plans
Work closely with incumbent vendors client stakeholders and delivery teams
Define service readiness criteria (people process tools)
Ensure seamless handover into AMS operations (L2/L3 support model)
Monitor transition progress and report status to stakeholders regularly
Support early-life support and stabilization post-transition
Align resource onboarding and ramp-up plan with transition milestones
Requirements:::
8 years of experience in IT services with strong exposure to application transition / service transition
Experience managing transition for Oracle EBS / Fusion environments
Strong understanding of AMS delivery model (L2/L3 support)
Proven experience in transition planning governance and execution
Experience working in multi-vendor and global delivery environments
Familiar with integration landscape (OIC APIs PaaS) is an advantage
Experience with structured methodologies (ITIL transition frameworks)
Oracle-related certification is a plus

Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines
Language Requirement
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory
