You will be the first dedicated Operations leader at the organisation. Your mandate is to build the performance tracking backbone that removes the Founder bottleneck and enables 5X Stage 1 you will manually track every departments performance in Excel create trend dashboards and coach department heads on ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with all department heads and break the current validate-everything-with-Founder culture
Co-create and own 2-3 meaningful KPIs per department (Sales Marketing Operations Finance Repair & Claims Warehouse)
Design and roll out weekly data collection process (offline Excel templates)
Analyse data build department-wise trend dashboards and graphs
Present weekly insights to leadership and facilitate improvement discussions
Identify process bottlenecks and flag them for Stage 2 fixes
Act as an acceptable change agent coach teams on accountability without creating fear
Requirements
10 years in operations / business transformation ideally in distribution retail or consumer electronics
Proven experience setting up KPI frameworks and performance dashboards
Advanced Excel strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Hands-on high-energy comfortable working in a founder-led environment
Experience in luxury or premium brand distribution is a big plus
