Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and stability of business-critical applications. Act as the primary support contact for incidents performance and availability. Monitor systems logs and application health to detect and resolve issues early. Handle incident problem and change management including complex tickets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quick resolutions. Perform post-release validations and ensure system stability. Support data validation environment readiness and access management. Track KPIs and recurring issues to improve reliability. Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization. Ensure business continuity during critical periods. What should you bringalong
Experience in application support for critical systems. Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident problem change). Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues. Basic knowledge of cloud monitoring and logging tools. Experience with deployments and configuration changes. Understanding of user roles and access management. Familiarity with APIs and data flows (XML/JSON). Experience with ticketing tools and SLA environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Must have technical skill
L2/L3 Application Support & Incident Management expertise. Monitoring tools experience (AWS CloudWatch Dynatrace Splunk kibana). Strong log analysis and root cause identification skills. Experience in deployments integrations and environments. SQL cloud basics and SLA/SLO understanding. Good tohavetechnicalskills
Certifications (ITIL Foundation ServiceNow). CI/CD and DevOps tools (Git). Automation/scripting (Python Shell). Monitoring tools (Grafana ELK stack). Experience in regulated environments.
