Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Motor Controller & Vehicle Controls Engineer responsible for the
development calibration testing and validation of BLDC/PMSM motor control systems for
electric vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and validate BLDC/PMSM motor control strategies.
Motor-controller matching and tuning.
Controller parameter optimization.
Vehicle performance tuning.
Torque and speed control calibration.
CAN communication integration.
Troubleshoot motor-controller issues.
Support vehicle testing and validation.
Analyze efficiency thermal performance and fault logs.
Work with BMS and vehicle integration teams.
