Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager who can build strong market visibility for bits&BYTEs ICT cybersecurity cloud managed services and connectivity offerings. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads creating marketing campaigns managing digital presence supporting sales teams with content and collateral coordinating with OEM partners and positioning bits&BYTE as a trusted ICT MSP MSSP and digital transformation partner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Demand Creation

Generate qualified leads for enterprise ICT services including Managed Network Managed Firewall Managed SD-WAN Cloud Infrastructure Cybersecurity Global Connectivity Storage Backup and Remote Infrastructure Support.

Plan and execute campaigns targeting enterprise customers BFSI manufacturing IT/ITES government data centers and multi-branch organizations.

Build lead pipelines through LinkedIn email campaigns webinars events partner campaigns website enquiries newsletters and outbound marketing activities.

Track enquiry quality conversion status campaign ROI and monthly lead performance.

2. Digital Marketing & Website Promotion

Manage and improve the companys online visibility through SEO LinkedIn marketing email marketing landing pages blog promotion and website content updates.

Promote core services such as Cloud Infrastructure Cybersecurity SD-WAN as a Service Global Connectivity Services Network Infrastructure Services Virtualization Storage and Backup.

Track website enquiries newsletter sign-ups campaign engagement and lead conversion metrics.

Coordinate with website design and technical teams to keep service pages and campaign pages updated.

3. Content Creation & Sales Collateral

Create professional marketing content including brochures solution briefs service pages datasheets emailers LinkedIn posts case studies whitepaper summaries presentation decks and proposal-support content.

Develop industry-focused messaging for cybersecurity cloud SD-WAN managed services compliance 247 monitoring and enterprise IT modernization.

Work closely with sales and technical teams to convert technical solutions into customer-friendly business value propositions.

Maintain a repository of updated marketing collaterals campaign templates and partner-ready content.

4. OEM & Partner Marketing

Coordinate with technology partners and OEMs for joint campaigns webinars product promotions event participation and co-branded marketing activities.

Support campaigns around key technology ecosystems including Cisco Fortinet Check Point Cloudflare HPE Aruba Dell Palo Alto CrowdStrike Veeam Nutanix AWS Google Cloud and similar enterprise technology partners.

Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of partner-driven marketing initiatives.

Support partner registration event invitations customer follow-ups and lead handover to sales.

5. Events Webinars & Customer Engagement

Plan and coordinate customer webinars solution workshops partner events CXO roundtables product demos POC campaigns and industry-specific awareness sessions.

Support the sales team with invitation emails registration tracking follow-ups presentation content and post-event lead nurturing.

Create pre-event and post-event communication plans to improve attendance and customer conversion.

Coordinate internally with sales technical and management teams for smooth event execution.

6. Brand Building & Market Positioning

Strengthen bits&BYTEs brand as a trusted enterprise ICT cybersecurity cloud and managed services provider.

Create consistent messaging around secure digital transformation enterprise growth always-on operations regulatory compliance and end-to-end ICT lifecycle ownership.

Ensure all marketing communications follow company branding tone and professional standards.

Position bits&BYTE as a credible partner for enterprise modernization managed infrastructure and security-led transformation.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of B2B marketing preferably in ICT cybersecurity cloud networking telecom data center or managed services.

Good knowledge of digital marketing LinkedIn campaigns email marketing SEO lead generation CRM and marketing automation.

Excellent written communication skills for emails brochures LinkedIn posts website content proposal support and executive messaging.

Ability to understand technical services and convert them into business-focused marketing messages.

Experience working with sales teams OEM partners distributors and enterprise customers.

Good presentation coordination campaign planning vendor follow-up and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in marketing IT infrastructure cybersecurity firewall SD-WAN cloud NaaS MSP MSSP or data center services.

Prior experience working with OEM partner ecosystems such as Fortinet Cisco Check Point Palo Alto HPE Aruba Dell Microsoft AWS Cloudflare or similar.

Experience in creating enterprise marketing collateral campaign calendars LinkedIn content newsletters webinars and customer-facing solution documents.

Exposure to BFSI manufacturing enterprise government or global customer marketing will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Mass Communication IT Computer Science or related field.
