Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Thrissur/Palakkad

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Min 5 years of experience in Food Products or FMCG Products Chicken industry Experience will be an added advantage

Salary: Upto 6.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Open new stores and identify profitable new locations/markets.
- Evaluate feasibility of location market potential and logistics before opening stores.
- Recruit and onboard franchisees and ensure they achieve the required ROI.
- Drive sales and marketing activities to increase store turnover.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing HR Production SCM and Business Development.
- Ensure brand standards SOPs and company policies are followed across all stores.
- Maintain strong franchisee relationships and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends and suggest improvements.
- Lead and develop the team through clear KRAs feedback motivation and performance reviews.
