Manual Engineer
Job Summary
The Technical Documentation / Manuals Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end creation maintenance and release of Spare Parts Manuals Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M) and Technical Documentation for concrete pumps boom pumps stationary boom placers and related equipment.
The role ensures that all customer-facing and internal manuals are technically accurate standardized production-ready and released before machine dispatch supporting service and customers.
Key Responsibilities

- Create Spare Parts Manuals Exploded Views Assembly Drawings and Parts Lists for concrete pumps boom pumps stationary boom placers and accessories.
- Develop Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M) including machine overview & specifications operating instructions safety guidelines & warnings preventive maintenance schedules lubrication charts troubleshooting guides etc.
- Create and manage 3D assemblies in Solid Edge. Generate clear exploded views optimized for manuals and service understanding
- Create 2D illustrations callouts and annotations suitable for print and digital manuals. Coordinate with design team to ensure documentation models match released production designs.
- Prepare Installation Erection and Commissioning Manuals where applicable.
- Ensure manuals comply with industry best practices customer expectations and safety standards.
