Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategy ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality talent across the business. This role involves leading a team of recruiters managing key stakeholder relationships and driving innovative sourcing strategies in line with business needs. You will also partner closely with business leaders and HR to forecast hiring demand and deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities OfTheRole
- Partner with business leaders HR and stakeholders to forecast hiring needs develop workforce plans anddeliver ontalent priorities.
- Drive sourcing innovation byleveragingmultiple channels including digital platforms professional networks referrals and emerging sourcing tools.
- Provide consultative recruitment support ensuring exceptionalcandidateand stakeholder experience.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all recruitment processes policies and SOX requirements.
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment performance and market insights.
Skills And Experience
- 5-7years of progressive recruitment experience with at least 2-3 yearsin Leadership hiring.
- Strongexpertiseinhiring fordigital analytics technology and niche skill sets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies including advanced Boolean search social recruiting and talent mapping.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume fast-paced environment whilemaintaininga focus on quality and compliance.
