Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Head Count Addition and Deletion in SAP / SF
- End to end processing of payroll in SAP
- Providing relevant data to internal Auditors External Auditors Customer Auditors.
- Statutory Audits and closing of Audit points.
- Periodical Validation of Actuarial Valuation (Leaves Gratuity Wages)
- Generate payroll reports
- Reconciliation of payroll reports.
- Ensuring compliances under various acts.
- Contract Labour Management
- Effectively delivered the payroll results within the frame time for 2000 employees (Piston Ring FMTPR)
- Periodically review of employees master data and Increments Promotions DA
- Revisions and MID year Corrections as per the approvals.
- Years Leave Calculation and as per grade and Policy
- Ensuring all variable allowances are incorporated in payroll as per NEW LTS and Policy - Shift Allowances Production Incentive Service Award Hazard Allowance periodical payments etc.
- Ensuring and Maintaining data Overtime Exemption (Form 9) Muster Roll (Form-22).
- Handling day to day grievances
- Handling union employees
Technical Skills: SAP MS Office
Qualification: MSW / MBA
Experience: 1215 years
