Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Head Count Addition and Deletion in SAP / SF
  • End to end processing of payroll in SAP
  • Providing relevant data to internal Auditors External Auditors Customer Auditors.
  • Statutory Audits and closing of Audit points.
  • Periodical Validation of Actuarial Valuation (Leaves Gratuity Wages)
  • Generate payroll reports
  • Reconciliation of payroll reports.
  • Ensuring compliances under various acts.
  • Contract Labour Management
  • Effectively delivered the payroll results within the frame time for 2000 employees (Piston Ring FMTPR)
  • Periodically review of employees master data and Increments Promotions DA
  • Revisions and MID year Corrections as per the approvals.
  • Years Leave Calculation and as per grade and Policy
  • Ensuring all variable allowances are incorporated in payroll as per NEW LTS and Policy - Shift Allowances Production Incentive Service Award Hazard Allowance periodical payments etc.
  • Ensuring and Maintaining data Overtime Exemption (Form 9) Muster Roll (Form-22).
  • Handling day to day grievances
  • Handling union employees

Technical Skills: SAP MS Office

Qualification: MSW / MBA

Experience: 1215 years
