Job Summary

POSITION S OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for a dynamic PR & Content Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling media engagement and content-led visibility initiatives. The role will focus on driving strategic PR campaigns strengthening leadership visibility executing integrated content marketing plans and ensuring consistent brand communication across earned and owned platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong media relations content strategy and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end while delivering measurable impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive product-led visibility through strategic PR seeding media outreach and curated media drops.
  • Plan and execute high-impact media engagements walkthroughs events and brand interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 Tier 2 business lifestyle and regional media.
  • Manage PR calendars for Lifestyle & Corporate campaign timelines and reporting with strong adherence to TATs.
  • Track and analyse media coverage share of voice sentiment and campaign performance.
  • Support crisis communication planning and real-time issue management.
  • Build leadership visibility through interviews podcasts opinion pieces KOL collaborations and speaking opportunities.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing initiatives including corporate updates thought leadership and campaign visibility.
  • Develop key industry narratives media angles and communication frameworks.
  • Work closely with senior leadership for strategic messaging and external communication.
  • Drive brand communication initiatives around craft artisan clusters heritage sustainability and the brand s larger vision and mission.
  • Build compelling storytelling narratives that strengthen brand identity and emotional consumer connect.
  • Develop communication frameworks for campaigns launches cultural moments and brand-led initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent articulation of brand values across media content leadership communication and marketing channels.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring forward stories around craftsmanship communities and brand purpose.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation and amplification.
  • Maintain consistency in tone messaging and brand positioning across channels.

Bachelor s/Master/Doctorate

Marketing Communication Journalism or related field

  • Excellent writing editing and storytelling abilities.

  • Strong presentation coordination and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills across diverse industries.
  • Proficient in crisis management and strategic reputation recovery.
  • Deep understanding of the nuances between Lifestyle and Corporate PR with the agility to manage both simultaneously.
