Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- AutoCAD Autodesk Inventor Pro 2019(3D modeling drawing assembly and FEA) and Creo MicroStation SolidWorks
- Machine Welding Jig Polymer Casting Mold design by using AutoCAD Inventor Pro 2019 Vault.
- Complex Feature Design with SolidWorks
- P&ID (Pipe and Instrument Diagram) design and modify.
- Leicia BLK 360 Scanner (plant/ pipe/ instrument 3D scan)
- Isometric pipeline routing design
- Equipment design and installation process (Equipment upgrade designing Mechanics Analysis Motion Analysis)
- Scope of work/ Engineering code and standard BOM (Bill of Materials)
- 6 axis Panasonic Welding Robot Programming and problem solving.
- Scrap control and process optimization for Injection molding process.
- 3D printing (Fused Deposition Modeling FDM) by using Cura-lulzbot TAZ6 and Bambu Studio Fused Deposition Modeling
- SLA 3D printing process (Machine FormLab 3BL and 3)
- Computer Skills: C# MATLAB Python Microsoft Office (word excel PowerPoint)
- Polymer process design.
