The Resource & Delivery Manager Changemakers supports RGFs scale-up by ensuring changemakers are planned deployed and developed effectively across initiatives. This role owns lightweight systems for resource planning cross-training upskilling performance management reporting and delivery operations helping teams execute consistently and sustainably.
Whatyoulldo:
Resourceplanning&staffing: Forecastdemandtrack capacity/utilizationmanageallocations and flag coverage risks across initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications: 10 years in resource/workforce planning delivery/program management talent ops L&D systems or portfolio operations. Strong coordination across multiple stakeholders; comfortable building scalable lightweight processes. Budget and data comfort (tracking insights action). Experience in social impact/education/nonprofit/community programs preferred. Clear visibility on resourcing and delivery health across initiatives. Stronger coverage flexibility and continuity through cross-training. Consistent learning and performance practices that improve changemaker effectiveness. Scalable systems that reduce friction and strengthen sustainability.
