The ideal candidate should have good communication skills coordination abilities and experience handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project-related activities
Track daily tasks updates and project timelines
Maintain project trackers reports and documentation
Handle operational follow-ups and status updates
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing communications
Support account/project handling activities as required
Ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders
Prepare MIS reports and maintain data accuracy
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Basic understanding of project handling and operations
Good knowledge of MS Excel Google Sheets and reporting
Ability to multitask and work independently
Organized and detail-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in project coordination operations client handling or administration
Familiarity with tools like Jira Zoho Trello or similar platforms is an added advantage
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the companys marketing goals. Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality content including blog posts landing pages case studies white papers social media content and email newsletters. SEO Optimization: Use SEO best practices to optimize content and increase organic traffic. Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for demand generation campaigns email marketing and social media. Product Messaging: Translate technical product features into compelling easy-to- understand content for our target audience. Data-Driven Decisions: Track content performance metrics and iterate based on insights. Collaborations: Work with internal teams and external influencers to develop case studies and guest blog posts.
