Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination & Execution

Support the State Project Manager in planning coordinating and executing project activities across assigned districts/schools.
Ensure timely implementation of project milestones as per the project implementation plan.
Coordinate with district teams fellows schools and internal departments to facilitate smooth execution of project activities.

2. Operational Coordination

Coordinate with Operations Product Training and Technical Support teams to ensure timely deployment of project resources.
Support planning and execution of software installations hardware deployment training sessions and project launches.
Ensure all operational activities are completed as per defined timelines and SOPs.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

Assist the State Project Manager in coordinating with government officials district education authorities school principals and other stakeholders.
Schedule and coordinate meetings review sessions and field visits.
Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of implementation issues.

4. Monitoring Data & Reporting

Collect compile and validate project data received from field teams.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly project progress reports for the State Project Manager.
Maintain project trackers dashboards and documentation to monitor implementation status.
Support data analysis for identifying implementation gaps and recommending corrective actions.

5. Field Monitoring & Support

Conduct periodic field visits to monitor implementation quality and verify project progress.
Provide implementation support to field teams and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
Escalate critical implementation challenges to the State Project Manager for timely intervention.

6. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain project documentation including implementation reports meeting minutes issue logs and action trackers.
Ensure all project documentation is updated and maintained as per organizational standards.
Support preparation of presentations review documents and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.

7. Coordination of Meetings & Reviews

Organize project review meetings and maintain follow-up action trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of action items.
Support the State Project Manager in preparing project review presentations and status updates.

8. Planning & Administrative Support

Assist the State Project Manager in developing project implementation plans and resource schedules.
Coordinate travel plans field visits and logistics for project activities.
Perform any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the State Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (mandatory); Masters degree in Education Management or related field preferred.
35 years of experience in education programs field implementation or team management roles.
Prior experience in managing field teams or Fellows/teachers is highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Experience working with government schools EdTech programs or large-scale social impact initiatives is an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts and access to personal transport preferred
