The Head Precast Operations (HPO) is a P&L-owning business leader responsible for scaling precast operations into a capital-efficient multi-plant execution platform. This role drives revenue delivery through disciplined execution optimized plant utilization margin improvement and efficient use of operating capital.
The HPO will transform precast from a project-based activity into a predictable system-led business by establishing robust contracting pipelines rigorous production planning and stringent cost and quality controls.
Responsibilities:
Own and deliver financial performance (P&L) for precast operations including revenue margins and capital efficiency.
Lead the development and execution of a scalable multi-plant precast production platform.
Build and maintain a disciplined contracting pipeline to ensure consistent work-in-progress and revenue visibility.
Optimize plant utilization through strategic production planning capacity management and workflow efficiency.
Implement standardized processes for cost control quality assurance and operational discipline across all plants.
Drive continuous improvement in throughput cycle times and resource productivity.
Partner with procurement engineering and project delivery teams to align execution with commercial and technical requirements.
Lead and develop a high-performing operations leadership team across plants and regional hubs.
Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards across all operational sites.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations or a related field; MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibility for a business unit plant or large project portfolio.
Proven experience in industrial-scale manufacturing or construction operations with a focus on precast concrete or modular construction.
Expertise in production planning supply chain coordination and operational KPIs.
Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling multi-site operations with standardized processes.
Willingness to travel across project sites and plants as required.
Required Skills:
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations or a related field; MBA or advanced qualification preferred. Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibility for a business unit plant or large project portfolio. Proven experience in industrial-scale manufacturing or construction operations with a focus on precast concrete or modular construction. Expertise in production planning supply chain coordination and operational KPIs. Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling multi-site operations with standardized processes. Willingness to travel across project sites and plants as required.
