Job Summary
1. Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational background
career objectives and prior experience.
2. Provide personalized guidance and advice to students on selecting the most appropriate
training programs based on their goals and skill level.
3. Explain our IT training programs curriculum course objectives and learning outcomes to
prospective students clearly and concisely.
4. Address any questions or concerns students raise regarding the training programs admission
process or other related matters.
5. Follow up with prospective students through phone calls emails or in-person meetings to
provide additional information and support as needed.
6. Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and changes in the IT job market to
effectively advise students on their career paths.
7. Maintain accurate records of student interactions inquiries and enrollment data using our

1. Any Graduate in any relevant Field
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse
backgrounds.
3. Effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey complex
information clearly and engagingly.
4. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing exceptional service to students
