Key Responsibilities Handle student and parent enquiries through calls WhatsApp email and other channels Understand the students curriculum grade subjects academic performance exam timeline and learning requirements Conduct structured counselling sessions with parents and students Explain Cambridge IGCSE A Levels and IB requirements in a simple manner Recommend suitable programs based on student needs Manage the complete admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding Follow up consistently with qualified leads Handle objections related to fees timing program suitability and competition Coordinate trial classes and academic assessments Communicate academic feedback professionally to parents Maintain accurate CRM records and admissions reports Coordinate with academic teams for student-program matching Requirements 25 years of experience in education counselling admissions student enrolment or consultative sales Excellent spoken and written English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle parents and students professionally Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with targets and conversion metrics Good knowledge of CRM Google Workspace WhatsApp and digital communication tools Willingness to work on-site in PCMC Pune
