Job Description:

What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate

1. End-to-End Program Ownership

Own and lead large-scale complex programs from initiation through delivery with a strong focus on native mobile applications (iOS/Android).

Define and manage program scope roadmap milestones deliverables dependencies and outcomes across multiple projects and teams.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Product Leaders Engineering UX QA and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment between product vision priorities and execution.

Act as a key connector between strategy product and execution teams.

3. Program Governance & Stakeholder Management

Establish and run program governance structures including steering committees and regular stakeholder review forums.

Manage diverse stakeholders across technical business and leadership audiences influencing without formal authority.

4. Program Tracking Reporting & Metrics

Track and report program health progress risks dependencies and key performance metrics on a regular cadence.

Prepare and present clear concise executive-ready status updates for senior leadership.

5. Risk Dependency & Issue Management

Proactively identify assess and escalate risks and issues early along with mitigation and contingency plans.

Manage cross-team dependencies and resolve blockers to keep delivery on track.

6. Agile & Scrum Leadership at Scale

Drive Agile/Scrum execution across multiple teams ensuring consistent practices and alignment.

Facilitate coordination among multiple Scrum teams working in parallel and at scale.

7. Alignment to Business Outcomes

Ensure program execution is aligned with business objectives timelines and quality expectations.

Support delivery that connects strategic goals with measurable business and customer outcomes.

8. Continuous Improvement

Continuously improve program delivery processes communication models and execution effectiveness.

Drive accountability decision-making and execution discipline across teams

What is the expectation from the candidates current role/profile

1. Current Role Scope

The candidate is currently operating as a Program Manager (or Senior Program / Delivery Lead) owning end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs rather than single projects.

They are expected to be handling multi-stream cross-team initiatives ideally involving native mobile applications (iOS/Android).

2. Program Ownership & Execution

Actively own program scope roadmap milestones dependencies and outcomes across multiple teams or projects.

Be accountable for overall program success not just coordination or reporting.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with Product Managers Engineering UX QA and Business stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Demonstrate the ability to translate product strategy into executable delivery plans.

4. Agile & Scrum at Scale

Currently managing or coordinating multiple Agile/Scrum teams in parallel.

Drive Agile execution at scale ensuring alignment across teams ceremonies and sprint outcomes.

5. Stakeholder & Governance Management

Regularly interact with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Run program governance forums (e.g. steering committees leadership reviews) and support data-driven decision-making.

6. Program Health Risk & Dependency Management

Proactively track program health dependencies and delivery risks.

Identify assess and escalate risks and issues early with mitigation and contingency plans in place.

7. Executive Communication & Reporting

Produce clear concise executive-ready status updates - including progress risks milestones and metrics.

Comfortable presenting program updates to senior leaders.

8. Business & Product Alignment

Ensure current programs are aligned with business objectives timelines and quality expectations.

Possess a strong product mindset enabling meaningful engagement on product direction and trade-offs.

9. Tools & Delivery Discipline

Actively use program and Agile tools such as Jira Confluence Azure DevOps MS Project Smartsheet or similar.

Demonstrate structured execution accountability and delivery rigor in fast-paced environments.
