HR OpEX Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

How Youll Make an Impact

• Support the redesign and continuous improvement of HR processes to drive smarter faster and more intuitive service delivery
• Leverage data insights (CSat ticketing complaints) to proactively identify trends uncover root causes and co-develop targeted sustainable improvements
• Partner closely with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze process gaps and co-create scalable efficient solutions including automation and digital enhancements
• Contribute to establishing clear process standards documentation and performance tracking to ensure consistency transparency and continuous improvement
• Enable successful adoption of new processes through change support while ensuring alignment with policies governance and regulatory requirements

What Youll Bring

• 5 years experience and a bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma Lean or Kaizen
• Strong analytical skills and a knack for process mapping and redesign
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and automation tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Bonus points for Lean Six Sigma certification or similar training
