Coordinate with management on HR initiatives and organizational development activities.
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical and non-technical roles.
Source candidates through Zoho recruit LinkedIn Naukri Hirist referrals and other recruitment channels.
Screen profiles conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes with stakeholders.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Improve employer branding and candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Employee Engagement & People Experience
Plan and execute employee engagement activities team-building initiatives and culture-driven programs.
Conduct regular employee check-ins and gather feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
Support onboarding programs to ensure a seamless new joiner experience.
Foster a positive collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Must-Have Skills
13 years of experience in Human Resources
Strong exposure to Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with Employee Engagement initiatives
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to think creatively and implement innovative HR practices
Familiarity with Canva for creating internal communication materials
Passion for technology and a Tech-First HR mindset with eagerness to leverage AI tools and automation to improve recruitment onboarding employee engagement and HR operations
Comfortable exploring and adopting modern AI tools such as ChatGPT Gemini Copilot and HR automation platforms
Preferred Skills
Experience with Zoho Recruiter LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Hirist or similar platforms.
Familiarity with HRMS tools such as Zoho People Keka or similar HRMS platforms.
Knowledge of basic HR policies documentation and basic payroll compliance.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup or IT services environment.
