Alternate Channel - Railways and Institutions and Horeca
1)Business Development - Educational Institutions Hospitals At Work Corporates General Caterers Vending Machines Transit Channel Railway And Pantry Services
2) Manage Existing Network of AWs/Distributors across Core( Institutions ) and Railways and create New Town Expansion and further increase AW/Distributor network
3) Relationship Building with Major Key Accounts for business and new alliances.
4) Execution across Stores with Category focus and Adjacencies and New Business.
5) AW Hygiene and operations streamlining Salesman monitoring
6) New Account acquisitions across Micro Channels.
