HR Coordinator

What you will do as our new HR Coordinator

• Create job listings source candidates and screen applications using resume databases.
• Review resumes conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Document feedback from interviews assist in candidate assessments and ensure continuous communication with candidates.
• Track candidate progress maintain records in HRIS.
• Assist other business units with administrative duties as required.
• Drive employee engagement through events cultural celebrations team-building programs
• Oversee daily administrative operations by coordinating housekeeping services and maintaining workspace hygiene.
• Coordinate facility management activities including vendor liaison maintenance follow-ups security coordination visitor access and logistical arrangements.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies stationery pantry inventory and procurement.
• Handle teams attendance reconciliation and manage Hinote attendance records.
• Manage expense point accounts for the Chennai and CTO teams.
  
  

Heres what youll bring to the role:

• 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Familiarity with HRIS ATS and resume databases
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Strong interest in Human Resources with a desire to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Qualification

• MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
