Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Time Office Management
Maintain employee attendance records through biometric/manual
systems.
Monitor shift timings overtime extra hours and leave records.
Prepare daily and monthly attendance reports.
Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs.
Ensure statutory compliance related to working hours weekly offs
and overtime.
Handle gate pass management and manpower movement records.
Verify contractor attendance and reconcile manpower data.
2. Contract Labour Management & Deployment
Coordinate deployment of contract labour as per production and
departmental requirements.
Maintain contractor-wise manpower strength and deployment
records.
Ensure availability of adequate manpower for shifts and
operations.
Monitor contractor attendance absenteeism replacements and
discipline.
Verify contractor bills with attendance and deployment records.
Coordinate for contractor documentation:
o PF & ESIC records
o Wage registers
o Insurance documents
o Police verification (if applicable)
Conduct regular audits of contractor compliance and
documentation.
Coordinate with contractors for smooth manpower operations.
