Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead retail operations for a premium womens ethnic wear brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store performance managing team productivity and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations including sales inventory and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets (KPIs: ATV Conversion UPT)
- Lead train and motivate store staff to enhance productivity and customer engagement
- Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience
- Monitor stock levels coordinate with supply chain and minimize stock loss
- Maintain store hygiene VM standards and brand guidelines
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using MS Excel
- Handle customer queries escalations and feedback effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail SOPs
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Mandatory)
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as Store Manager
- Overall 7 years in retail sales/operations
- Minimum 5 years as Store Manager
- Strong experience in apparel retail (women ethnic wear preferred)
- Proven track record in sales target achievement and KPI management
- Hands-on experience in team handling and staff management
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (MIS & reporting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
