Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in P&C Insurance training and development
Strong exposure to Insurance Brokerage processes
Experience managing end-to-end training operations for large teams
Expertise in designing and delivering process product and behavioral training programs
Ability to drive learning effectiveness performance improvement and stakeholder management
Experience in managing trainers and leading training initiatives at scale
Preferred Profile:
Proven experience in a Manager-level Training role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of insurance domain and brokerage workflows

Proven experience in claims adjudication and adjusting within P&C insurance.
In-depth understanding of the insurance lifecycle: Policy Administration Underwriting Claims and Billing.
For SPE: Hands-on experience in P&C operations with strong process execution and troubleshooting skills.
For SME: Demonstrated experience in training mentoring process optimization and handling escalations.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in US night shifts with flexibility and reliability.
