Position: Freelance Group Discussion (GD) Trainer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Group Discussion (GD) Trainer to prepare candidates for campus placements recruitment drives and competitive selection processes. The trainer will enhance participants communication critical thinking teamwork leadership and presentation skills through interactive group discussion sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on Group Discussion techniques and strategies.
Train participants in communication teamwork leadership and problem-solving skills.
Organize mock group discussions and provide constructive feedback.
Guide participants on body language confidence and presentation skills.
Evaluate participant performance and recommend areas for improvement.
Prepare training materials and submit reports as required.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Strong knowledge of GD evaluation techniques and recruitment processes.
Ability to conduct interactive and engaging training sessions.
Good presentation and mentoring skills.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Certification in Soft Skills Employability Skills or Learning & Development is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 25 years of experience in Group Discussion Soft Skills Career Coaching Employability or Corporate Training.
Required Skills:
Design and deliver 3-day PRA & Micro-Planning training modules Facilitate participatory tools such as: Social Mapping Resource Mapping Seasonal Calendars Wealth Ranking Institutional Mapping Guide participants in preparation of Village Micro-Plans Conduct interactive classroom and field-based practical sessions Prepare training materials case studies and handouts Submit post-training reports and documentation Coordinate with institute officials for smooth execution Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Micro-Planning Rural Development Training Community Mobilization Forest-Based Livelihood Planning Training Facilitation Report Writing
