Key Responsibilities
Client Billing & Invoicing

Bank Reconciliation
Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts (INR and USD accounts).
Identify and investigate reconciling items and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain reconciliation records for audit readiness.
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements including P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
Generate MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review and US HQ reporting.
Track and report key financial metrics such as revenue margins burn rate and outstanding liabilities.
Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Audit Support & Compliance

Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Audit Support & Compliance Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory and tax audits. Prepare audit schedules reconciliations and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with Companies Act provisions FEMA regulations for inward/outward remittances and applicable US GAAP/IFRS standards. Maintain proper documentation and a well-organized digital filing system for all financial records. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification / / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent finance qualification. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a plus but not mandatory. Experience 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a finance/accounts role preferably within an IT services staffing or consulting company. Prior experience working with US-based clients or cross-border billing is strongly preferred. Technical Proficiency (Mandatory) Zoho Books Deep working knowledge including chart of accounts setup multi-currency transactions recurring invoices vendor management GST filing integration and financial report generation. QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) Proficient in end-to-end usage including invoicing payroll bank feeds reconciliation journal entries and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial modelling pivot tables and data analysis. Domain Knowledge Sound understanding of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and familiarity with US GAAP. Working knowledge of GST TDS PF ESI PT and FEMA regulations. Familiarity with multi-currency transactions and foreign remittance procedures (SWIFT FIRC etc.). Basic understanding of transfer pricing and inter-company transaction documentation. Soft Skills High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for interaction with US-based stakeholders. Collaborative team player with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude.
