We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to oversee the companys financial operations accounting processes compliance and reporting systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records maximizing automation using ZOHO applications and providing financial insights to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely finance and accounting entries in the system.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping reconciliations payments and financial closures.
Ensure statutory financial and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
Monitor GST TDS income tax and other applicable financial compliances.
Utilize ZOHO applications and features to maximize automation and improve process efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial workflows and system integration.
Prepare run analyze and interpret financial reports including:
Profit & Loss Statements
Balance Sheets
Cash Flow Reports
Budget vs Actual Reports
MIS Reports
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic management decisions.
Assist management in budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements.
Ensure data accuracy confidentiality and financial controls across systems.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or related field.
Proven experience in finance and accounting management roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles taxation and compliance.
Hands-on experience with ZOHO Finance Suite (Zoho Books Zoho Analytics etc.) preferred.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and support organizational decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
CA / MBA Finance / Inter CA (preferred).
Experience in automation-driven finance environments.
Familiarity with ERP systems and process optimization.
