Your Profile

• Youre the driving force behind smooth and efficient Design Operations ensuring projects stay on track from brief to delivery.
• Own the end-to-end coordination of design workflows including Jira tracking project updates and management of the Seat Layouts tool.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to understand requirements align expectations and keep communication clear throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks improve processes and continuously look for ways to help the team work smarter and faster.
• Bring structure to fast-moving projects by maintaining dashboards tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Turn data into actionable insights through regular reporting on team productivity project status and operational performance.
• Act as the bridge between teams helping drive collaboration alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Champion operational excellence by documenting processes improving workflows and creating a scalable foundation for growth.
  
  

Your Checklist

• Comfortable using Jira Google Workspace and reporting tools such as Google Sheets Looker or Power BI.
• Good understanding of project coordination task tracking sprint planning and managing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience documenting processes and identifying opportunities to improve team workflows.
• Ability to maintain dashboards track key metrics and share regular project updates and reports.
• Interest in design and a basic understanding of design principles; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
• Organized detail-oriented proactive and able to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
