Job Summary

Manage CEOs calendar meetings appointments and travel schedules.

Handle correspondence emails calls and stakeholder communication.

Prepare presentations reports MIS and business documents.

Coordinate board meetings management reviews and executive events.

Conduct research and assist in strategic projects.

Process expense reports and administrative documentation.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Anticipate executive requirements and resolve issues proactively.

Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree / Graduate.

3 years of Executive Assistant experience.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Flexible to work beyond regular office hours when required.

Required Skills:
