Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise outreach and build strategic relationships with colleges universities and corporates (especially IT firms) to create a strong partnership ecosystem.
- Identify and engage partners who can recommend or adopt programs for their students/employees contributing directly to leads enrolments and revenue.
- Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach and engagement with institutional and corporate decision-makers.
- Identify and leverage relevant events and forums (education conclaves VC forums industry events etc.) to establish connects with institutional leadership and expand outreach impact.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business teams to convert leads and partnerships into institutional business ensuring strong follow-through and revenue realization.
- Strong enterprise outreach and networking capability with the ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders across institutions and corporates.
- Proven ability to generate leads and initiate strategic conversations through proactive outreach events and industry platforms.
- Ability to identify and leverage relevant forums/events (conclaves industry platforms) to build meaningful connects and expand influence.
- Solid understanding of B2B/institutional sales cycles including multi-stakeholder decision-making and long conversion timelines.
- Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
