Job Summary
Position: Engineer - TMSS
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment & Compliance
- Participate in risk assessment process for machinery and equipment.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Machine Safety Implementation
- Participate in conducting TMSS Assessments on machinery and equipment.
- Manage machine safety power apps.
- Participate in company machine guarding programs.
- Assist with Lockout/Tagout/Tryout (LOTOTO) procedures and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to design safer machine operations.
- Audits & Inspections
- Perform scheduled machine safety inspections.
- Document findings and suggest necessary safety improvements.
- Assist with safety program updates as needed.
- Training & Support
- Assist with training employees on machine safety and LOTOTO procedures.
- Participate in safety workshops and awareness programs.
- Provide support and answer safety-related questions.
- Assist with the development of safety documentation and procedures.
- Incident Investigation & Reporting
- Support the investigation of machine-related incidents and near misses.
- Work with management to implement corrective actions
