Key Responsibilities

• Interact with 80100 prospective learners on a daily basis through calls emails WhatsApp and in-person meetings.
• Understand students educational background career goals and interests to recommend suitable academic programs.
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses universities College Comparisons admission procedures and career opportunities.
• Manage the complete admission process including application guidance documentation and enrolment formalities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students throughout the admission journey to ensure effective conversions.
• Maintain accurate student records and regularly update the database.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets through consistent counselling and conversion efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends university updates scholarships and admission policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors degree in any UGC approved Universities.
• 12 years of experience in education counselling admissions student recruitment or sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
